AGN Chauffeurs provides luxury chauffeur-driven transportation services in London and internationally. The following Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern all services provided by AGN Chauffeurs to its clients and passengers.
Within these Terms & Conditions, the terms “AGN Chauffeurs”, “AGN”, “we”, and “our” refer to AGN Chauffeurs.
The terms “customer”, “client”, “passenger”, and “booker” refer to any individual or entity making a booking with AGN Chauffeurs.
The term “Parties” refers jointly to AGN Chauffeurs and the client and/or passengers.
AGN Chauffeurs reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be published on our website.
Accessing or continuing to use AGN Chauffeurs’ website or services constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
Once a booking is confirmed, a binding contract is formed between AGN Chauffeurs and the client to provide the agreed service as outlined in the booking confirmation, in compliance with the Private Hire Vehicles (London) Act 1998.
VAT Disclosure: All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT will be applied at the prevailing rate at the time of invoicing.
The possession or use of illegal drugs in any AGN Chauffeurs vehicle is strictly prohibited. Our chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse service, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.
AGN Chauffeurs shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or service variations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, severe weather, accidents, road closures, vehicle breakdowns, security restrictions, industrial action, or force majeure events.
AGN Chauffeurs accepts no liability for financial or consequential losses such as missed flights, meetings, or reservations.
Where a vehicle breakdown occurs, every reasonable effort will be made to provide a replacement vehicle, but timing cannot be guaranteed.
AGN Chauffeurs is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. Any claim must be reported in writing within 24 hours of journey completion. Liability, where accepted, is limited to a maximum of £50 per booking.
The client is fully liable for any damage or excessive soiling caused by passengers. Cleaning, repairs, and loss of earnings will be charged in full.
AGN Chauffeurs reserves the right to terminate a journey immediately without refund if passenger behaviour is deemed unsafe, abusive, or illegal.
Specific booking terms provided at the time of quotation or confirmation take precedence over general website Terms & Conditions.
Bookings must be made through official AGN Chauffeurs channels only. Bookings made directly with chauffeurs are invalid.
It is the client’s responsibility to verify booking details. AGN Chauffeurs is not liable for errors provided by the client.
Vehicle substitutions may be made where operationally necessary, including upgrades or alternative configurations, without constituting non-performance.
Payments may be made via bank transfer or credit/debit card. Card payments incur a 3.5% processing fee. By providing card details, the client authorises AGN Chauffeurs to charge for all services rendered, including additional charges.
Unpaid balances may be charged to the card on file after seven (7) days.
Cancellations must be made in writing via email.
Partially completed journeys and unused hours are non-refundable.
No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the scheduled service. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method.
